Hello all!  My name is Trent Jones, and I am the 4-H Youth Development agent in Smith County, Tennessee.  I work with approximately 2000 youth to help teach them lifeskills in Communication, Citizenship, and Leadership, among others.  I feel that it is my duty as an 4-H Youth Development Agent to help the youth of my community build a solid foundation on which they can build future success.
